Cost: Youth Club Membership: $35.00/month; season passes available for $300.00 (September–August), $240.00 (January–August), or $210.00 (March–August)

Equipment: Athletic clothing and water bottle; wrestling shoes if available. No wrestling shoes are required for the first visit.

Includes: Technical wrestling, athletic movement, balance, coordination, body awareness, and mental habits; one free first practice is available with no obligation.
