Lightning Lacrosse League – 10U Sixes

Friendly Olympic-style Sixes format with one goalie and five field players. No long poles or modified sticks; players from participating area programs are balanced onto teams by experience level.

Program Details

Ages: 10U; birthdates between 9/1/2016 and 8/31/2018

Experience: All skill levels

Season: Fall 2026

Schedule: Sundays, September 13–October 4, 2026; October 11 reserved make-up date. Games scheduled between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, with a 30-minute practice immediately before each scheduled game. Additional skill development sessions may be offered one hour before games.

Location: Patton Park – Fields 6, 7, & 8, 2850 Hodges Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32246

Cost: $149 per player

What Parents Should Know

Equipment: Players must provide a lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads/chest protector, arm pads, gloves, mouthguard, and protective cup.

Includes: Sixes games-only recreational league; four pre-made teams per division; team selection or free-agent placement; paid officials and coaches; championship games at the end of the season. No organized practices.
