Ages: 12+

Experience: All levels

Season: Year-round

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 PM.

Location: Jacksonville

Cost: $100/bi-weekly plus $199 enrollment for a 6-month kickboxing membership; month-to-month available.

Equipment: Gloves and shin pads included with the kickboxing membership.

Includes: Stand-up striking, footwork, distance, combinations, technical pad and mitt work, conditioning, and open mat/sparring.

Registration: Free trial class available; book online.
